Terms and refund policy

What we do

VITAMATI provides education and consultancy. We do not sell property or broker for anyone. Every decision is the client’s own.

Money and payments

• The property price is always paid directly to the seller or company, never to any of us or our personal accounts.
• We charge only course, consultancy and service fees. Payment details are shared in writing on WhatsApp.

Refunds

• Classes 03–05 course (৳999): full refund if the course is not useful to you by the end of Class 03.
• 1:1 consultation: full refund if you do not find the session valuable. There is no refund simply because we cannot take on the work or do not find an asset, since the time and work are given either way.
• Advanced Consultancy: 20% (৳20,000) at the start. The remaining payments and refund terms are set in the written agreement.
• Adjustment: if Advanced Consultancy is taken within 6 months, earlier course and 1:1 payments are deducted from its fee. This is not a cash refund.

What cannot be guaranteed

We do not guarantee profit, price growth or completion dates for any asset. Legal opinions come from lawyers and Shariah rulings from scholars. Everything on this site is general education.
